However, one of the biggest surprises to us was the participation of a film from a Chinese producer that told such a lovely story about Bulgaria, our faiths and traditions. We were very humbled by the warm feeling and cheerful atmosphere of the way he spoke about Bulgaria. Today is the Chinese New Year and we are going to use this occasion to greet all of our Chinese friends and we want to share with you Bulgaria through the perspective of a Chinese man.
In 2017, Yu Zhang’s productions “Food in Bulgaria” and “Wine in Bulgaria” received an honorary award for a foreign production, capturing the Bulgarian spirit.
